Order Tracking
We provide personalized order status updates. To track your shipment, please use one of the following methods:
Method 1: Email Inquiry (Recommended)
Send an email to info@vidonn.com with:
- Your order number (format: VDN-YYYYMMDD-####)
- Your company name
- Any reference info (PO number, contact person)
We will reply within 24 hours with your current production stage and shipping status.
Method 2: Contact Your Account Manager
If you have a dedicated account manager, contact them directly via WhatsApp / WeChat / email.
Order Status Stages
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | Order received and deposit paid |
| In Production | Manufacturing in progress (typically 30-45 days) |
| Quality Check | AQL inspection, acoustic testing, packaging |
| Shipped | Package dispatched; tracking number sent via email |
| Delivered | Carrier confirms delivery to destination |
| Closed | Order completed, warranty period begins |
